Red Pine invests across three platforms: business acquisitions, real estate and hospitality, and alternative investments. Owners, brokers, and co-investors work with us for flexible capital structures, quick decisions, and hands-on operating and transaction experience. We manage the portfolio as a whole, with in-house financial planning, tax planning, reporting, and risk management.

Business Acquisitions
We acquire and hold lower-middle-market companies in healthcare, industrials, and business services, typically with $10M–$70M in revenue and $2M+ in EBITDA. We buy companies to own them, not to resell them.
Hospitality Advisory
We help hotel owners improve profitability, operations, and market positioning, through a focused strategic review or ongoing third-party asset management.
Real Estate
We invest in commercial, hotels, residential, mixed-use, and ground-up development real estate.
Alternative Investments
Beyond our operating and real estate platforms, we invest opportunistically in venture capital, private equity, and equipment leasing.
